Key personnel of the enterprise:

(1) There shall be no less than 3 registered constructors majoring in construction engineering.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has the intermediate title or above in the engineering sequence or the professional qualification of a registered constructor; There are no less than 6 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in structure, machinery, welding and other majors.

(3) There are no less than 8 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety officers, material personnel, cost personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.

(4) There are no less than 10 intermediate skilled workers such as welders, painters, and lifting signal workers who have passed the assessment or training.

(5) The technical person in charge (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of no less than 2 projects required by the second-level or above standards of this category of qualifications.
